Are you passionate about pets and providing exceptional customer service? We are looking for an enthusiastic Store Colleague to join our team at the heart of our pet care centres. You will ensure customers have an outstanding experience, uphold top pet care standards, and support excellent operations. Minimum 4 days a week, including weekends. Shifts scheduled between 7:00 am‑8:30 pm.

* Provide outstanding customer service—personalised and attentive, ensuring every customer feels appreciated.
* Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, to effectively engage with customers.
* Resolve customer questions quickly and efficiently—effective problem‑solving.
* Show eagerness to learn and pursue ongoing development.
* Recognise the importance of setting and achieving sales targets to enhance business performance.
* Collaborate with teammates to deliver excellent service and meet pet care centre goals.
* Remain flexible to work evenings, weekends, and some bank holidays.
