Overview
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated individual to join our team as a part time or full time cleaner at Reigate School. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment for students, staff and visitors.
Responsibilities
* Clean classrooms, hallways, offices and other areas within the school
* Empty bins and dispose of waste
* Sweep, mop and vacuum floors
* Follow Health and Safety guidelines including COSHH regulations
Qualifications
* Have previous cleaning experience, preferably in a school or similar environment (desirable but not essential)
* Have the ability to manage time effectively to complete tasks to a high level
* Are able to work independently and as part of a team
* A positive can-do attitude
Hours
Hours are open to discussion, but may consist of morning hours before 8.00am and afternoon hours from 3.00pm, Monday to Friday.
Compensation
Rate of Pay: £12.42 per hour. This is a full time position working 42 weeks per annum (term time only plus 3 weeks). The full time equivalent annual salary is £23,322. This will be pro rata, subject to the agreed working hours.
