Specialist SEN Teaching Assistant – Join a Multidisciplinary Founding Team
Location: Chalton (Near Caterham/Wycombe). Focus: Autism, Social Communication and Emotional Regulation.

* Drive independence: help students aged 11‑16 develop the life skills they need for adulthood.
What We Offer You
We recognise that specialist work requires specialist reward. Beyond a competitive salary you will receive fully funded training to advance your professional status, a comprehensive health cash‑back plan, and a car‑lease scheme to make your commute to our Chalton site seamless.
Essential Qualifications
* Substantial SEND experience (Autism/SEMH).
* Strong safeguarding knowledge.
* A hit‑the‑ground‑running mindset.
