A client within the Public Sector based in Greater Manchester is currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their Assets Delivery Team as soon as possible. The client is offering a full-time, temporary position on an ongoing basis with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a local authority within a housing services environment. The Role Key purpose of the role is to prepare estimates, tender documents, and final accounts to deliver housing investment programmes. This includes liaison with internal and external clients, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure construction-related activities are completed efficiently, accurately, and in line with legislation.
