Responsibilities

• Deliver key analytical output for the subscribed market intelligence platform/products and consulting.
• Conduct market research led data collection, market analysis/forecasting, and stakeholder engagement/networking.
• Collaborate with the London HQ research team and contribute to market intelligence output.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Research Analyst in market intelligence or a related field, with knowledge of construction, infrastructure and/or tech (data centres).
• Experience in enterprise real estate is a definite plus.
• Strong communicator/networker with broad market research expertise and a willingness to develop into an influential Senior Analyst.
