We are working closely with a range of secondary schools in and around Shrewsbury, who are seeking enthusiastic and dependable Cover Supervisors to support classroom learning across various subject areas. Ideal Candidate Profile
* Experience supporting or working with young people in any setting (e.g., education, coaching, youth work)
* Confident managing classroom behaviour and following school routines
* Comfortable delivering pre-prepared lessons in the absence of a class teacher
* Adaptable, proactive, and professional with a calm and positive attitude
