Commercial Litigation Solicitor – Leeds A forward-thinking legal services organisation is seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its growing Legal Advisory team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer who enjoys delivering practical, strategic advice on disputes and helping businesses navigate risk with confidence. The Opportunity In this role, you will provide high-quality, timely advice on a broad range of commercial litigation and pre-claim disputes, supporting clients to understand their legal position, manage risk effectively and resolve issues as efficiently as possible. You’ll operate in a dynamic advisory environment, communicating with clients via phone and email and delivering clear, concise and commercially pragmatic guidance on contentious matters. Your focus will include early-stage dispute resolution, helping clients mitigate exposure and, where possible, avoid formal proceedings. Alongside client advisory work, you’ll maintain accurate records, meet defined service standards and guide clients toward digital tools designed to enhance their overall support experience. Collaboration is central to this position. You’ll work closely with colleagues across advisory and disputes teams to ensure seamless progression of matters where litigation becomes necessary, while also contributing to knowledge-sharing initiatives, training and content development. About You This role would suit a Solicitor who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused setting and is confident handling a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters.
