Our client, a prestigious automotive brand, is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Executive to join their successful team in Liverpool. Key Responsibilities for the Car Sales Executive:
4. Guide customers through the full sales journey, from initial welcome to vehicle handover.
5. Actively prospect new customers via calls, events, and product launches.
6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicles and services through manufacturer-led training.
7. Recommend suitable finance and add-on products aligned to customer needs.
8. Manage enquiries using CRM systems to ensure effective tracking and follow-up.
9. Deliver outstanding customer service to foster loyalty and generate referrals.
What We’re Looking For:
10. Previous sales or customer service experience with proven ability to hit targets.
11. Excellent communication and listening skills with a genuine customer-first approach.
12. Strong organisation and time management skills with attention to detail.
13. Energetic, enthusiastic, and motivated to achieve team success.
14. Full UK driving licence essential.
