Working pattern: 4 days on / 4 days off shift pattern (11hr rotating shifts, 7am-7pm/7pm-7am)

Telent seeks a Service Desk Analyst to join their Customer IT Service Centre in Camberley. The role involves working on a 4 days on / 4 days off shift pattern, with office-based work at the modern Camberley service centre.
The work involves acting as the first point of contact for incidents, requests, and queries via various platforms, ensuring excellent customer service, and coordinating with engineers and vendors to resolve issues.
Ideal candidates may have experience in retail, customer service, or administration, and proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. Technical experience such as ITIL awareness is desirable but not essential.
