Job Description Product Definition Analyst / BA £409pd - 12 Month Contract (Inside IR35) Hybrid working in Hounslow (50/50 split) Overview Are you a skilled Business Analyst looking for a new contract opportunity in Hounslow? We are currently assisting in recruiting a contract Product Definition Analyst / Business Analyst to join our client's team and collaborate closely with the Product Owner, developers, and testers to present solutions and provide support during their validation phase. Responsibilities Understanding and reviewing/clarifying requirements from the Product Owner/customer Translating user stories/design into functionality Delivering detailed solutions aligned with the product vision Identifying interactions and assessing impacts with other products/solutions Troubleshooting and investigating defects raised by customers Analyzing needs and proposing functional/technical solution recommendations Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions Continuously monitoring the performance of delivered solutions and optimizing them for better efficiency and user satisfaction Qualifications Experience in the Travel IT industry is a plus Understanding of designing, building, and operating large-scale, complex systems Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with other teams on a daily basis Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques Post-secondary degree in Computer Science or related technical field Day-to-day Interacting with Product Owners, Software Engineers, and Quality Assurance Troubleshooting and investigating defects raised by customers Providing functional knowledge for Sales, Account Management, Development, and Support requests Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and enhancements If passionate about delivering innovative solutions and thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, candidates are encouraged to apply to join the team.
