Job Description Receipt/Despatch Operations Coordinator CDC Derby Full Time What you will be doing: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Receipt/Despatch Operations Coordinator CDC to join the team in Derby. The successful candidate must be highly organized and proactive, you will oversee the end-to-end movement of critical engines and modules. Working a 3-shift pattern you will be the central point of contact between our production facility, finance teams, and global customers, ensuring every shipment is compliant, timely, and documented to the highest industry standards. Responsibilities: In this role you will take full responsibility for the despatch of all engines and modules from the PTF. You will ensure every shipment is compliant and accompanied by all relevant regulatory paperwork, in addition: Documentation & Compliance: Raise essential paperwork for Finance, the Cert Office, and Network Controllers to facilitate "Form 1" issuance and engine payments. Asset Management: Manage our pool of engine stands, coordinating servicing, repairs, and transport to align with CDC and NEST production plans. Customer Liaison: Work directly with customer teams to organize spare engine stands, tooling, and specialized transport. You will also coordinate with customer hauliers for spare engine collections. Shipping & Customs: Provide our shipping department with the precise data required to raise all shipping and customs documentation for international transit. Operational Oversight: Manage collection slots and yard capacity while overseeing engine preservation protocols between the "Form 1" stage and final despatch. Known Cargo Security: Act as the lead for "Known Cargo" at the PTF, managing engines, modules, containers, documentation, and audits. Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the department in various cross-functional meetings, including CDC, CEVA, Tooling, and Customer reviews. Why Rolls-Royce?
