The Best Connection are currently recruiting for experienced Machine Operatives to join a leading packaging manufacturer in Banbury. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with previous machine operative experience who are looking for stable, ongoing work with excellent shift options.
Responsibilities
* Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
* Monitoring and adjusting machines during production runs
* Carrying out quality checks on finished products
* Reporting faults and working with the maintenance team when required
* Following site health & safety standards at all times
Requirements
* Previous machine operative experience is essential
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment
* Good attention to detail and reliability
* Flexibility to work both double days and night shifts
