Customs Clerk - Coleshill - Up to £33,000

Key Responsibilities
1. Process import and export customs entries accurately and on time
2. Prepare and check customs documentation for full regulatory compliance
3. Liaise with customs authorities and external parties to resolve queries and issues
4. Support customers with enquiries in a professional and proactive manner
5. Work with internal teams to ensure smooth freight movement through the supply chain
6. Monitor shipments and ensure all documentation is completed within deadlines
7. Investigate and resolve customs delays, discrepancies, and documentation issues
8. Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
9. Support compliance with customs legislation and company procedures
10. Build effective working relationships with customers and stakeholders
