Overview
We are seeking an experienced Residential Building Manager to take responsibility for the effective management of a large, modern residential development. The role requires strong leadership, excellent organisational skills, and a proactive approach to ensuring the property is maintained and operated to the highest standards.
Hours: Monday to Friday
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Responsibilities
* Oversee the day-to-day management of the development, ensuring high standards are maintained across all areas.
* Lead, support, and manage an on-site team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellent customer service.
* Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety requirements and relevant legislation.
* Implement and embed robust policies, procedures, and operational structures.
* Carry out regular inspections, provide accurate reporting, and maintain effective communication with residents, contractors, and senior management.
* Oversee budgets, contracts, and service delivery standards to ensure value for money.
Requirements
* Strong background in residential property management.
* Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety compliance.
* Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop on-site teams.
* Strong organisational, communication, and reporting skills.
* Proactive approach with the ability to implement structure and drive standards.
