We're looking for a Paid Social Senior Executive to help execute and optimise our paid social activity, working closely with our Growth Lead to deliver high performing campaigns across social, while contributing ideas, insights, and experimentation to our broader acquisition strategy.
The Role
Performance marketing sits at the core of Simmer's growth strategy, and we pride ourselves on leading the way in performance-led social.
This role will work closely with our Growth Lead and broader Creative Engine to deliver high-performing campaigns, partnering on creative, optimisation and reporting, while contributing insights, testing ideas and building recommendations that help shape our wider growth strategy.
This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer who thrives in execution, is energised by the creative side of paid social, enjoys experimentation, and wants to grow their strategic impact within a fast-scaling DTC business.
What You'll Be Doing
* Lead the development and execution of paid social campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement and direct conversion.
* Work closely with the Growth Lead to deliver efficient, scalable customer acquisition through rigorous testing, optimisation and iteration.
* Use tools, including Atria, to support campaign optimisation, creative testing, audience development and performance analysis.
* Collaborate closely with the wider content engine, including Creative Strategists and Video Editors, to brief, test and refine high-performing ad creative, informed by performance insights.
* Produce and test lo-fi, performance-optimised creative assets (e.g. UGC-style ads, hooks, variations) to support rapid experimentation and iteration.
* Translate performance data into actionable creative insights, helping inform briefs, iterations and future creative direction.
* Contribute ideas, hypotheses and learnings that help shape Simmer's broader acquisition and growth strategy.
* Stay up to date with platform changes, performance trends and best practices across paid social.
Key Requirements
* 1-3 years' experience in paid social or performance marketing, either within an agency or DTC environment
* Strong hands-on experience managing and optimising campaigns across Meta and TikTok
* A highly analytical, performance-first mindset, with the ability to translate data into actionable creative insights
* Experience working within advanced performance marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Atria), or a strong aptitude for quickly adopting new optimisation and testing frameworks.
* Comfortable working closely with Growth and Creative teams to deliver high-performing, insight-led campaigns.
* A test-and-learn mentality, with experience contributing ideas, hypotheses and learnings to broader acquisition strategy.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling start-up environment with high standards and high accountability.
