This is a quality-led kitchen focused on seasonal British produce, elegant presentation, and consistent fine dining execution.
Ideal for a strong Senior Chef de Partie ready to step up or an experienced Junior Sous Chef looking to progress within a structured brigade.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Support the Head Chef & Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
Maintain Rosette-level presentation and consistency
Help lead and develop junior chefs
Assist with stock control and GP management
Ensure high food safety and hygiene standards
Essential criteria: You will have experience of:
Fine dining background essential
Experience in minimum 1 AA Rosette kitchen
Strong plating and attention to detail
Calm under pressure
Ambitious and career-focused
Fine dining experience is essential applications without Rosette-level background will not be considered.
