What you will do
Allianz Partners has high ambition to develop Specialty Lines worldwide.
As part of Global Operations, in Specialty Lines we are responsible for 3 sub‑lines of business: Easy Living, MDDR and Automotive Warranty.
This role aims at providing timely operational support to our platform teams by enabling optimal quality‑management mechanisms, monitoring strategic KPIs such as VOC, customer satisfaction, complaints and other OPS metrics.
Guaranteeing robust procedures to comply with standards and regulatory needs, enabling capabilities to deliver excellence, such as learning & development, quality assurance while supporting experts in risk monitoring and operations analytics.
This role is a hybrid role; however for onboarding and training purposes there will be a requirement to be in the office on joining.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
Global strategy and local execution
* Compliance with standards and guidelines
* Quality management and assurance
* Learning & development
* Contributing to other operations support activities: fraud prevention and management, leakage control, operations analytics.
Quality Management & Excellence
* Ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements related to quality, claims and customer protection.
* Ensure timely complaints management and quality assurance in defined scope.
* Foster Specialty Lines LOB‑Organization as oneTeam by enabling global mechanisms for quality management, tools, reporting, governance in line with an organization of ~1000 employees in operations.
Learning & Development
* Provide robust guidelines and guarantee execution in learning & development to align with Specialty Lines operations and Allianz Partners strategic goals.
* Participate in the training need collection, creation and distribution of adapted state‑of‑the‑art content to support operations teams in developing skills, training programs and required certifications.
* Ensure follow‑up on strategic metrics e.g., learning hours.
Other Ops support activities
* Support experts in operational risks such as leakage controls, fraud prevention, detection and management.
* AI Readiness: work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data, analytics and cloud‑based tools, using insights responsibly with our standards of data governance, security and ethical use.
What you will bring
* Quality and data certification recommended.
* Experience in business operations, quality & support processes in large organisations.
* Warranty experience if applying externally.
* Proficiency in Excel and other telephony tools.
* Fluent English and/or any other EU language desirable.
