Job Description
3. Manage procurement activities in line with PCR2015 and PA23 regulations.
4. Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve cost savings and efficiency.
5. Support stakeholders by providing guidance on procurement best practices.
6. Ensure compliance with organisational policies and legal requirements.
7. Analyse market trends to identify cost-effective supplier options.
8. Prepare and evaluate tender documents and supplier contracts.
9. Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure service quality.
10. Provide detailed procurement reports to support decision-making processes.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Procurement Consultant/Officer should have:
11. A relevant qualification such as CIPS or equivalent.
12. Experience with public sector procurement frameworks and regulations like PCR2015 and PA23.
13. Strong knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management.
14. Excellent analytical and organisational skills.
