A vibrant and inclusive primary school in Crawley is looking for a Learning Support Assistant to support pupils in Years 5 and 6.
This role focuses on helping older primary pupils develop confidence, independence and readiness for transition to secondary school.
The Role:
* Supporting pupils in Upper KS2 classrooms
* Working with individuals and small groups
* Supporting children with additional learning or behavioural needs
* Encouraging focus, resilience and positive learning attitudes
* Working closely with teaching staff and pastoral teams
Ideal Candidate:
* Experience working with KS2 pupils
* Confident supporting behaviour and learning needs
* Calm, consistent and encouraging approach
* Passionate about helping pupils succeed
Strong KS2 team and leadership support. Excellent experience for those considering teacher training.
