The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the full 360° process within the interim finance market, including:
5. Building and developing your own client base across Edinburgh and the wider Scottish market
6. Partnering with businesses to support immediate and business-critical hiring needs
7. Sourcing and placing high-quality interim finance professionals into contract assignments
8. Managing multiple processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
9. Developing long-term relationships with both clients and candidates, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor
