About the Role
As a 3D Designer, you’ll bring together your passion for design, an understanding of client goals, and the latest experiential technology to develop thoughtful 3D environments. You’ll take projects from moodboards and sketches through to polished 3D renderings and presentations, with opportunities for face-to-face collaboration. You’ll be supported by the Creative Director and a talented design team in a relaxed, collaborative space that encourages exploration and creative growth. They're a design agency founded by designers — and understand what the creative process is all about.
What They Are Looking For
* Experience working within a design agency delivering creative exhibition stands and experiential events, supported by a strong portfolio of work.
* A keen eye for design trends and a passion for interior styling, retail design, and integrating experiential technology.
* Proficiency in a range of 2D and 3D software such as 3ds Max, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite. (Training will be provided for the right person — a positive attitude and creative mindset are essential!)
* Confidence in presenting ideas visually and verbally, using tools like Pinterest, hand sketches, and engaging storytelling.
* A degree in 3D or Interior Design is ideal, though equivalent experience or related qualifications are also valued.
* Ability to join them at our office regularly to collaborate and be part of the team.
