Responsibilities
* Providing plant‑wide maintenance service, departmental support and repairs to ensure all production targets are maintained – maintaining factory manufacturing machinery.
* Monitoring and supplying engineering support of machine set‑up and changeovers to ensure product conforms to quality assurance standards and to maximize efficiency.
Qualifications
* Recognised Engineering Apprenticeship & Qualification or equivalent, e.g. NVQ, City and Guilds, ONC, BTEC or above – Mechanical or Electrical.
* High degree of Health & Safety awareness.
* Ability to fault find, repair and provide solutions to problems.
* Previous experience as Mechanical Fitter, Maintenance Fitter or Maintenance Engineer (preferred).
