Job Title: Service Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
* Scheduling & Dispatch: Plan and coordinate daily schedules for service engineers, ensuring jobs are efficiently routed and allocated.
* Customer Support: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, managing service requests and updating on job progress.
* Communication: Act as a liaison between engineers, clients, and internal teams, ensuring issues are promptly resolved.
* Job Management: Monitor job progress, ensuring timely completion and adherence to client requirements.
* Parts Coordination: Manage and order parts for repairs and installations, ensuring engineers are equipped with necessary tools.
* Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service jobs, invoices, and customer interactions using company systems.
* Problem-Solving: Handle escalations and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve service-related challenges.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a service coordinator or similar role, preferably in the security or engineering industry.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
* Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client and team relationships.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
