From shops and offices to industrial and investment assets, our portfolio is critical to supporting council services and the wider Cambridge economy.About the roleAs Property Surveyor you will:Deliver proactive day-to-day estate management across the commercial portfolioUndertake lease negotiations, rent reviews, renewals and restructuresDrive asset performance and incomeSupport acquisitions, disposals and valuationsHelp shape the Council’s General Fund Asset Management PlanWhat we’re looking forAn RICS recognised degree.
