Job Summary
Summary: Operates Point of Sale system, assists the Chef, prepares coffee, and maintains cleanliness of coffee and cashier stations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assist in preparing foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods, and desserts; help with catering orders.
2. Perform cashier duties using the POS system.
3. Conduct general cleaning; remove trash to designated areas.
4. Provide service in retail areas, including cashiering and line serving.
5. Handle cashiering with accuracy, maintain receipts, and make deposits at shift end.
6. Inventory and restock supplies and food products.
7. Set up serving lines, monitor food temperatures, and notify cooks if issues arise.
8. Serve hot and cold items to customers.
9. Prepare items for purchase daily.
10. Stock and rotate refrigerator products using FIFO; record temperatures.
11. Maintain pantry par levels and document replenishments and temperatures daily.
12. Perform additional duties as assigned.
