What you will do:
* Provide comprehensive assessments, develop tailored care plans, and deliver interventions to support adults with mental health needs in the community.

* Engage with clients, families, and carers to offer holistic support and guidance.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records, ensuring compliance with legal and organisational requirements.
* Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and training to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
* A degree or equivalent in Social Work (e.g., BA or MA in Social Work).
* Registration with Social Work England.
* Previous experience working as a social worker within mental health services, ideally in a community setting.
* Strong knowledge of mental health legislation, including the Mental Health Act and Care Act.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with individuals who may be vulnerable or distressed.
