Job Title: Advanced Nurse Practitioner / Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ANP/ACP) Location: Southend Salary: Up to £65,000 depending on experience Hours: 37.5 hours per week Overview A dedicated and experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner / Advanced Clinical Practitioner is required to join a primary care team in Southend. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-quality, patient-centred care within a modern, supportive general practice environment. The post holder will work autonomously while collaborating closely with the wider clinical team to deliver safe and effective services to the local population. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive clinical care including history taking, assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning and evaluation. Demonstrate expert clinical judgement and safe decision-making in managing patients presenting with a wide range of minor illness and minor injury. Support the ongoing development of clinical pathways and ensure best practice is maintained across the service. Work collaboratively with GPs, nurses and other multidisciplinary team members to meet patient needs and support consistent service delivery.
