Overview
Our mission is to innovate and enhance customer journeys and drive growth through cutting‑edge solutions. We take pride in our strong culture, with a key focus on inclusivity, innovation, and continuous learning. We're committed to leveraging AI and Automation to deliver significant value to both customers and the business. In 2024/25, we delivered three of the Bank's pioneering AI products: transforming the Complaints journey with Merlin, developing a group‑wide Knowledge Management solution (Athena) and Outcome Testing (Orion), a critical component of our control environment. We also own and manage LBG's Diary Manager system helping to optimize customer and colleague interactions. In 2026 we want to take this journey further – aiming to build on our existing products while always looking for opportunities to innovate and go further for our customers and colleagues. This role presents an exciting opportunity to enhance customer value by becoming more data‑driven, and utilising predictive, leading‑edge technology. We're passionate about being northern‑based and putting the North on the map for LBG. Join us and be part of this exciting journey!
The chosen candidate will lead one of our flagship products in Diary Manager / Appointment Booking. As the Product Owner you will lead a large, collaborative team blending product and technology expertise to deliver cutting‑edge solutions at scale.
