As the Special Projects & License Marketing Executive, you will coordinate the marketing and communications plans for a diverse range of brand moments. You’ll be the link between internal teams and external partners, ensuring campaigns are flawlessly executed and deliver measurable results. From ideation to post-launch reporting, you’ll be responsible for regular partner updates, aligning plans across internal teams and collaborating with Creative to ensure all assets meet partner expectations.
Responsibilities
* Take ownership of special projects decks, detailing the collaboration/brand moment with a clear marketing and communication plan, including collaboration with sport and art as well as prominent brand partnerships across ready-to-wear, accessories, interior and lifestyle.
* Roll out the communication and marketing plan for all licensed products (e.g., eyewear, kidswear, home fragrance) ensuring all touchpoints are covered.
* Build strong relationships with partners and licensees, as well as internal stakeholders, with regular catch-ups and updates aligned to the timeline.
* Develop and execute the marketing and communication plan for launches of special projects and collaborations aligned with timelines, objectives, budget and KPIs.
* Own the collaboration and licensees budget, working with the Global Head of Brand Marketing and Creative team on objectives and contractual obligations.
* Drive campaign execution with Creative teams to deliver assets that meet brand and partner expectations.
* Brief Digital and Marketing teams on the action plan to achieve a 360 marketing and communication approach for relevant projects.
* Maintain relationships with partners, licensees, and stakeholders, ensuring regular updates and effective communication throughout each project.
* Coordinate success reporting and post-campaign analysis, presenting key learnings to internal teams and stakeholders.
Your Skills And Experience
* Proven experience in marketing, brand partnerships, or project management—ideally within fashion, lifestyle or retail sectors.
* Strong understanding of campaign planning across digital, in-store, PR, and social media channels.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence at all levels.
* Strong project management abilities with experience managing timelines, budgets, and multiple workstreams.
* Confident with performance reporting and presenting data in a clear, actionable way.
