* Oversee food safety, storage, and compliance with legislation and company policy; work closely with the team to maintain high standards.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff, front-of-house, and management teams; communicate effectively, manage time, and stay organized to perform well under pressure.
* Prepare food items in a timely manner and maintain a clean, efficient working station.
* Contribute to delivering quality food in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
