Our FX client is an FCA-regulated expert in currency markets, offering a wide range of products including Foreign Exchange, FX Options, and bespoke structured solutions.
They are seeking proven FX professionals with a strong record of winning new business - people who still get a thrill from closing deals, are hungry to learn, and ready to keep growing. Success here comes from embracing healthy competition, collaborating with peers, and pushing yourself to outperform both individually and as part of a team.
This role involves high levels of client engagement - through phone, Teams, and in-person meetings - to build meaningful relationships and deliver outstanding results.
To set every team member up for success, the company provides comprehensive onboarding and continuous training, including sessions with senior managers, cross-department collaboration, and access to external learning. The firm also covers fully paid exams for regulatory certification.
Compensation is highly competitive, including industry-leading first-year commissions (up to 25%) and up to 16% ongoing commission for the lifetime of the client. Recognising that many high performers may be locked into “golden handcuffs,” our client also offers 100% commission on an agreed amount of revenue in year one - giving top performers the freedom to make their next move confidently.
The office is based in Central London. The role is primarily office-based during the first year, but for exceptional performers, a hybrid working arrangement may be considered if it benefits both the individual and the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Research and qualify potential clients to understand their business, FX requirements, and suitability.
* Proactively make introductory calls to new corporate clients.
* Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with the guidance of senior mentors with 10+ years of FX experience.
* Meet and exceed revenue targets while ensuring all activities align with FCA regulations and client interests.
* Collaborate across departments, contributing to a “one team, one goal” culture.
* Stay informed on FX market movements, economic trends, and how these impact client performance.
* Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs in call performance, quality, and sales.
* Take ownership of professional development — attend training sessions, review performance, and continuously improve.
* Keep up to date with market structure changes and evolving regulations.
Essential Experience & Skills
To thrive in this role, candidates should bring the following:
* Minimum 2+ years of B2B sales experience, with a strong record of consistently closing new business.
* Qualification CF30 (preferred)
* Resilience, confidence, and exceptional communication skills - both over the phone and face-to-face.
* A growth mindset: receptive to feedback and quick to act on it.
* Goal-oriented attitude with relentless persistence toward both short-term wins and long-term success.
* Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
