Role
Objectives:
This role as Everyday Banking Senior Administrator sits within our Banking and Trade Delivery Team. The role involves meeting our everyday commercial clients' needs through various mediums including email and telephony. Daily requests may include:
* Balance Enquiries
* Transactional Enquiries
* Currency Requests
* Encashment Requests
* Charge Card Enquiries
* Complex Relationship Manager needs
* Secondary account / lending requests
Our Banking and Trade team is client-facing, handling inbound and outbound communications from clients and internal stakeholders. We operate several client-facing email mailboxes. Clear communication skills are vital for this role.
