As a Senior Travel Consultant, you will
1. Search and confirm travel reservations for the customer.
2. Have a strong understanding of client travel policy and provide consistent consultation to the customer.
3. Fulfill all requests regarding necessary regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.).
4. Provide the client with required industry information, such as low fares, exchange costs, and penalties.
5. Seek opportunities to review operational processes and commercial relationships with clients to provide suggestions for improvement.
6. Maintain, actively communicate, and seek expansion of current knowledge of the various travel industries supported.
About you
1. Working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes.
2. Advanced skills in GDS Sabre.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
