Job Description: You will lead a team of technicians, overseeing:
* Deputising for the IT Workshop Manager.
* Escalation point for IT Workshop technicians, stakeholders, and the wider business.
* Stock control and re-ordering.
* Coaching and mentoring your team.
* Driving continual service improvements.
* Developing IT Workshop procedures.
* Providing feedback through performance reviews and appraisals.
* Conducting team meetings, 1-to-1s, and return-to-work interviews.
* Ensuring team targets are met.
* Collaborating with project managers for project delivery.
* Configuring and delivering new store kits on time.
* Maintaining workshop stock levels.
Qualifications: Requirements include:
* Experienced and confident leader.
* Knowledge of policies, procedures, and enforcement.
* Ability to manage under pressure.
* Decisive with effective delegation.
* Strong organizational skills.
* Understanding of stock control and asset management.
* Basic knowledge of IT security and data protection.
* Excellent communication skills at all levels.
