Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with various teams to address tax controversy issues across the EMEA region.
Engage in transfer pricing and Advanced Pricing Agreement (APA) disputes.
Handle Mutual Agreement Procedures (MAP) and tax litigation related to corporate income tax and VAT.
Work closely with the Amazon Legal team on EMEA tax litigation matters.
Collect information from the business to present to tax authorities.Why Join Us?

Experience: 5-7 years in a Big Four firm or law firm, specialising in tax.
Expertise: Preference for candidates with tax controversy and transfer pricing experience.
