Senior Key Account Manager | North West | Clothing | Sales | £70,000 + Benefits & Bonus Scheme
This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a growing retail brand. We are seeking a dynamic commercial thinker to lead the brand's Key Account and Wholesale strategy. The ideal candidate can move quickly, think strategically, and deliver impactful results.
You will work closely with the Head of Product and Founders during a pivotal growth phase. If you are passionate about partnerships, have a keen sense for product potential, and are ready to take ownership of the brand's commercial direction, this role is for you.
Your responsibilities will include driving the wholesale strategy, expanding top-tier accounts, and exploring new global markets. You will combine creativity with data-driven insights, foster strong relationships, and execute a performance-oriented approach.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee and develop key partnerships.
* Achieve revenue and margin targets, ensure client retention, and provide excellent service.
* Create seasonal sales strategies and annual growth plans aligned with the brand's vision.
* Develop a clear wholesale and key account roadmap for both immediate and long-term growth.
* Analyze sell-through data, margins, lead-times, and logistics to optimize performance and profitability.
* Establish strategic partnerships with global retailers, e-commerce platforms, and independent stores.
* Present seasonal product ranges, anticipate buyer needs, and bring fresh commercial insights to meetings.
* Share market insights, collaborate on product planning, and identify potential bestsellers.
* Coordinate partnership marketing, in-store POS, and digital activations to boost sell-through and brand visibility.
* Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, translating insights into strategic actions.
* Identify new wholesale markets, categories, and opportunities.
* Operate globally with confidence and boldness.
