Salary: GBP32,000-40,000 dependent on experience
I am supporting an innovative Architectural practice who have earned themselves a great reputation for their inspiring, unique and bespoke designs across a range of sectors. This dynamic practice has recently won a number of exciting projects and is keen for a talented Architectural Technician to join their social office in Edinburgh. With close to 3 decades of experience, they have developed their expertise and grown their specialist team to cover a couple of disciplines such as project management, architecture, and building surveyor.

The successful Architectural Technician will have:
1. Substantial experience boasting a strong technical portfolio of residential and listed building projects with experience using ArchiCAD and AutoCAD.
Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:
1. HND/HNC or Degree in Architectural Technology or similar qualification
2. 5-7 years post qualification experience in a Scottish based Architectural experience
3. Proven track record of working on residential and heritage projects
4. Substantial experience job running
5. Excellent leadership skills capable of mentoring junior team members
6. Be able to hit the ground running
7. Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or ArchiCAD
8. Strong technical portfolio
9. Liaise confidently with clients, contractors, relevant authorities and other professionals
10. Keen eye for detail
11. Work across multiple projects simultaneously whilst meeting strict deadlines
12. Keen to input to company growth
13. Live locally to the Edinburgh area
