To provide a high quality, comprehensive administrative service to the People & OD Business Partnering Team so that they are best able to carry out their duties.
Main duties of the job
·To act as the first point of contact on behalf of the team, receiving telephone calls and emails, responding efficiently and promptly to queries, either personally, by re-directing to the appropriate person/department, or taking messages and ensuring the appropriate priority is given to urgent enquiries/matters.
