The Role
Responsibilities
* Oversee approximately 200 complex customer invoices each month, managed by you and two team members.
* Collaborate with the business to gather information for end-of-month billing, ensuring smooth invoicing processes.
* Perform forecasting, including long-term planning and mid-month flash reporting.
* Compile data for internal and client reporting.
* Review current processes, challenge them, and propose ideas to modernize and automate workflows.
The Ideal Candidate
Applicants should have solid, stable, and progressive financial accounts experience. The ability to handle interactions with senior personnel and clients confidently, dealing with pushback, is essential. Creativity in improving processes while maintaining efficiency and compliance is highly valued.
This is a hybrid role, requiring presence in the office a couple of days a week with the option to work from home the rest of the time. The benefits are excellent.
