Provide patient, family and care giver education. Complete all documentation to ensure accurate and timely information. Candidate should demonstrate a high degree of professionalism and flexibility. Additional qualities include: excellent interpersonal and communication skills, organizational skills, and problem solving skills.**Required Experience:** BS from an accredited Physical Therapy program at a minimum. New grads are welcome to apply with relevant clinical fieldwork/experience. Current MA license and CPR certification required. **Pay Range:**$35.53 - $61.67This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement. The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. The pay range for this position is established and governed by the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
