SEN Tutor

At Academics, we are seeking a dedicated SEN Tutors to provide high-quality home tuition and alternative provision support in Maidstone.
The Role
As an SEN Tutor, you will:
* Deliver tailored 1:1 and small group sessions in home settings and alternative provisions
* Support pupils with EHCPs, SEMH needs, ASD, ADHD and other additional learning needs
* Plan engaging, differentiated lessons aligned to each learner's individual targets
* Work closely with families, schools, and external professionals
* Provide progress reports and maintain high safeguarding standards

Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience supporting SEN pupils
* Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills
