Main Purpose of the Role This role will focus on improving efficiency, implementing systems, and ensuring operational processes support both service delivery and product-based activities. The successful candidate will have strong experience in logistics, scheduling, route optimisation, and operational improvement methodologies such as Lean Management. The Operations Manager will play a key role in improving workflows, supporting teams, and driving operational excellence across service and product functions.
