We are seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitor with 5 years PQE in Employment Law to join our client's thriving team in Oldham. This is a fantastic opportunity to handle a diverse caseload and contribute to the success of the firm, known for its commitment to excellence and client-focused service. Key Responsibilities: Independently manage a varied caseload of employment law disputes, including but not limited to unfair dismissal, discrimination, and contractual issues. Provide expert legal advice to clients, guiding them through the complexities of employment law. Represent clients in employment tribunals and negotiate settlements where appropriate. Collaborate with other departments within the firm to deliver comprehensive legal solutions to clients. Assist in business development activities, including networking and client relationship management. About You: Qualified Solicitor with 5 years PQE in Employment Law, gained within a reputable law firm. Proven track record of successfully handling employment law litigation and advisory matters. Strong academic background with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented and diligent with a strong commitment to providing high-quality legal services.
