We are seeking an Assistant Finance Manager to join the Corporate Finance Team in Biggleswade. This hybrid role will support the Finance Controller and the remaining Central Finance Team across a broad range of financial functions.
Duties include but not limited to:
1. Management of Overhead purchases in Concur system including setting up of suppliers
2. Daily interface in Cargowise system and month end close
3. Part - Control of Accounts Payable activities
4. AP Ledger payments reconciliation (DD)
5. Processing of overhead payments and approvals
6. Processing, approval and payment processing of Staff Expenses
7. Processing of Payroll for Contract Logistics employees
8. Submission of Electric Meter readings for all sites, and Management of Utility bills
9. Processing of Hotel Bookings for all sites
10. Credit Card reconciliation and posting
11. Mileage Claims Management
12. Fuel Card Business Mileage Reconciliation
13. Management and Control of Fixed Asset Register (FMIS) Financial & Management Information Systems
14. To prepare and support month-end process and ensure all aspects of weekly and monthly accounts are managed in timely manner
