About the Role
A new opportunity has opened up for an Senior Pensions Administrator to join a growing pensions consultancy based in Bristol. This is a full-time, permanent hybrid role suited to someone with strong knowledge of Defined Benefit (DB) schemes, who is confident handling complex casework and mentoring junior colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
1. Process and check a variety of member cases across DB pension schemes including leavers, retirements, deaths, transfers in/out, and final salary benefits
2. Perform manual benefit calculations and oversee quality control of more junior team members' work
3. Liaise directly with clients, scheme members, and third parties via phone and email
4. Handle complex pensions queries and provide accurate, compliant responses
5. Support the management of monthly and annual scheme events and processes
