Department: Finance – Financial Planning & Analysis
We're looking for a Junior FP&A Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, reporting and Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB) activities within a fast-paced, international environment.
This is an entry-level FP&A role, ideal for a graduate or early-career finance professional looking to build strong commercial and analytical foundations.
What You'll Do
* Support budgeting, forecasting and ZBB cycles, including cost tracking and variance analysis
* Prepare and maintain FP&A reports, dashboards and management presentations
* Assist with P&L analysis and performance reporting
* Monitor expenses and investigate variances vs budget and forecast
* Collaborate with Finance, Accounting and Operations to ensure data accuracy
* Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to support management decisions
* Contribute to improving planning and reporting processes
What You'll Bring
1. A Bachelor's degree (completed or final year) in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar
2. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
