We are looking for a highly skilled Admin Assistant to provide front-line administrative support in a Primary School, acting as the focal point for staff and visitors. The postholder will have specific responsibilities for Financial and Devolved School Management issues, responding to changes in IT systems, and supervising and developing Clerical Assistant(s). The postholder is responsible for the effective day-to-day running of the school office.
As an Admin Assistant, you will work under the direction and supervision of the Headteacher and Admin Co-ordinator.

Qualification, Registration, and Skill Requirements
You are required to have an HNC or equivalent educational qualification to SCQF level 7 in a relevant discipline. You will be given the opportunity to work towards this qualification within 2 years from the start of employment.
Pre-employment requirements:
* Obtain Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme membership through Disclosure Scotland.
* Become a member of the relevant PVG scheme.
