Protocol Education is working in partnership with a welcoming and well-resourced mainstream primary school in Chelmsford to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Year 2 Teacher for a full-time role starting in September.
The Role
* Full responsibility for a Year 2 class, planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
* Create a positive, inclusive learning environment that supports pupil progress and wellbeing
* Assess, track, and support progress to ensure strong outcomes
* Work closely with colleagues, parents, and support staff
* Contribute positively to the wider school community
The Ideal Candidate
* Holds QTS (or equivalent)
* Has experience teaching KS1, ideally Year 2
* Confident with behaviour management and classroom organisation
* Passionate, adaptable, and committed to high-quality teaching
