We are looking for passionate and qualified Teaching assistants to join one our specialist SEN secondary schools in the Rochdale area where you will play a vital role in supporting young people with complex needs, Autism, ADHD and behavioural challenges.
What you will be doing
- Working with a supportive class team to create an inspiring and engaging learning environment
- Provide 1:1 support to aid students with their academic, emotional and communication needs
- Create a safe and nurturing environment which fosters personal and academic growth
- Build strong rapports with the young people you will work with.

- Have Prior experience working with young people in an education or care setting
- Have a calm approach to aid in de-escalation
- Have excellent communication and relationship building skills
