Job Description

It’s about more than posting; it’s about understanding each brand’s voice, audience, and market, and creating content that connects.

You’ll be joining a growing agency that’s part of the Common Thread Group, giving you access to a strong network, resources, and opportunities to grow. You’ll work closely with our Creative Director and Content Manager to plan, create, and deliver best-in-class content across organic social channels.

What You’ll Be Doing

This isn’t a role for someone who just schedules posts. We want you to take ownership of your channels, champion content quality, and bring ideas to the table that move the needle.

* Content Creation & Publishing: Create high-quality, on-brand content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social platforms. This includes copywriting, asset briefing, and hands-on content creation. Work with our creative team and freelancers to ensure all visuals, videos, and assets are optimised for each channel.
* Community Management: Engage with followers daily, responding to comments, messages, and mentions to build brand loyalty and relationships. Proactively identify and engage with relevant communities, influencers, and conversations to grow reach.
* Campaign Execution: Support the delivery of organic social campaigns from concept to reporting. Coordinate with paid media and CRM teams to ensure social activity supports wider marketing objectives.
* Performance Tracking & Optimisation: Monitor channel analytics and performance metrics, sharing insights and recommendations to improve engagement and reach. Stay on top of social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to keep our brands ahead of the curve.
Who You Are

We’re looking for someone who’s both creative and strategic, with a deep understanding of how social media can drive brand growth.

* Social Native: You know the nuances of each platform and what works, whether it’s a trending TikTok audio or the right time to post on Instagram.
* Creative Eye: You have a good sense of visual storytelling and understand how to create content that feels fresh, relevant, and on-brand.
* Organised & Proactive: You can manage multiple accounts, content calendars, and deadlines without missing a beat.
* Analytical Mindset: You’re not just about likes; you understand metrics, can interpret data, and use it to inform future content.
* Collaborative Spirit: You work well with designers, copywriters, and account managers, bringing energy and ideas to every project.
The Package
* Compensation: £25,000-£30,000 base salary (DOE)
* Location: London / Hybrid (Full-Time)
